Trailer is getting an upgraded interior..first three pictures are original interior.
Plain plywood interior with cheap trim, poor protection from the elements.

Recessed D-rings removed, floor prepped.  Herculiner rolled onto floor, sidewalls painted grey.  Front wall removed and undercoated. Trim removed.

New Aluminum trim is up, E-track is down and front wall is up.  Replaced side marker with Peterson leds and fenders upgraded to leds.

Custom built bed frame utilizing e-track.  Assembly in about ten minutes.  Fold down shelf added for convenience.

Led down lighting, external receptacle added to get 110 into trailer.  GFC plug installed inside. Plan to add another on opposite side.
Installed battery tender to keep Optima deep cycle battery charged.  The on-board battery runs interior lighting only.

Here's what can happen to your trailer when you run cheap tires such as Carlisle brand.
These tires were only 3 years old with less than 5 thousand miles. Just exploded and were aired to proper level.  Load wasn't anywhere near
maximum.  Not only did this one fail but so did the spare which had never seen the sun nor had weight on it.  When we finally got home the
remaining tire had a separated belt and was about to pop.  The second explosion of the spare took the fender off.  You can see it did not
survive.  Luckily it did not hit any cars or cause a wreck on the interstate.

Trailer tires have been replaced with Goodyear 6ply trailer tires. I will run these at 50lbs up to 65mph and 60psi up to 75mph.

Audio upgrade is complete.  Kenwood head unit which plays mp3's and has USB port to read mp3s off memory stick.  Also HD Radio
ready as well as Satellite.  Kicker enclosed speakers were installed.  Still have wiring to hide and one wire too short to extend.
Radio has remote control but it does not power off the radio so I added a pushbutton switch above the bed within arms reach.
Also added two reading leds, one shines down on the shelf and the other over the bed.

Attempting to install a proper ceiling in the trailer.  The material was purchased from Lowes and designed
for utility/laundry rooms.  Used 1/16 aluminum strips as molding with #10X3/4 sheet metal screws.

Added a 19" Samsung HD wide screen with cantilever wall mount bracket.

2.5" hard drive in usb enclosure. Stores mp3s which are read by head unit.  Second pic shows Alpine amp
and Kenwood HD radio tuner. Third pic cable outlet and fourth is the external connection.  Some basic
curtains were made.  Last pic is generic shelf with foldable brackets.  I use it for a laptop but when in tow
folds down flat against the wall.
Setup as of Biketoberfest 06..
Completed last ceiling panel.. had to remove stereo.. pain in the #$#%.

Time for another round of upgrades to the trailer.. Added a camera inside so the bike(s) can be viewed from within the truck
while driving down the road.  This seems to be a growing trend among those who trailer often.  If you've ever had a bike fall
over while inside the trailer you can see the obvious benefit to this idea.

The camera is from Pioneer and mounted on the ceiling looking down on the bikes.  This camera works great in low light and has a huge
field of view.  The camera has a separate power supply you can see mounted above the 110 outlet in second pic from left.  Also added
a backup camera for the truck so I can line up with the trailer without help.  It's mounted just above the tag and automatically comes on
when the truck is placed in reverse.  Both cameras connect to an Alpine IVA W200 with 6.5" pulse touch screen.

Decided to upgrade the 19" tv to a 23" Samsung that better matches the trailer.  That required a beefier cantilever mount shown here.
Added an additional shelf with a grab rail (from Lowes) underneath to hang clothes on.
Stepping up technology with a new laptop.  This laptop has hdmi output which allowed me to remove the old
15 pin vga cable in favor of the smaller hdmi.

Wheel chock works well for mountain bike so now taking backup transportation along with V-max.
